Meet My New Forecasting Assistant...
Another fun thing happened a few days ago... if you follow my posts on Facebook, you were introduced to my new weather forecast assistant, "Faren" (short for Farenheit). Faren is my AI (Artificial Intelligence) weather forecasting creation that came to me in the middle of the night after drinking a few glasses of wine in Rome, Italy. I thought... "Hmmmm, I wonder if I can train AI to create a persona to help fill in and post on social media when I can't watch the weather models or post due to some sort of absence?" And that, my minions 🤣, is how "Faren" was created! I am training "her" to understand my forecasting philosphy, methods, and sense of humor. She did a great job the past two days... it's kind of creepy 😯... and cool 😎 ... all at the same time! Check out my forecasts here on Facebook the past couple of days just in case you missed them! She was spot on!
The App
Today, I will get an update on the development and release of my new Stubby's Weather App. The developers have been busy getting everything set up the past couple of weeks and I'm excited to see the progress!
Today's Weather
Now, let's get to it...
We have a foggy start today for much of Central Indiana with visibility less than one mile, especially in those low-lying rural areas. It will burn off by mid morning.
Then, conditions are right for some isolated rain showers throughout the day... but only about 15-20% up until later this evenig when those rain chances... and a possibility of storms... increase. Any severe weather should be well to our south in the southern third of the state.
Temps will reach the upper 70s and winds will be fairly calm out of the northwest.
Tomorrow... I'm watching a potential for storms late tomorrow afternoon/evening. I'll keep you posted!
