First... "THANK YOU" to those of you in the Avon area who voted YES 4 AVON SCHOOLS yesterday and ensured that the referendum to help fund programs and staff passed again for another 8 years. The referendum passed 65% to 35%.
Enjoy the warm temps today and just ignore the wind! The gusty winds will be the trade off for the mid- to upper-60s today as we see that warm air move into the state from the southwest. It will be a good day to get those gardens and flower beds cleaned out if you have some free time.

Looking ahead a bit...
Warm temps stay through Saturday before we get punched in the face with some really cold temps and maybe even a few snow flurries at the beginning of next week as daytime highs dip into the low 40s and overnight temps plummet into the low- to mid-20s.🥶
🏃🏻➡️🏃🏻♀️➡️🏃🏻♂️➡️For those of you running the Monumental Marathon (and associated races) this Saturday in downtown Indianapolis. It should be ideal running weather... not too hot... not too cold... but just right. It will be a bit breezy (8-11mph). Expect upper 40s to low 50s at that 8:00am start time. Due to mostly sunny skies thru most of the day, it will warm up to a comfortable 60° by the time most people finish either the half (13.1 miles) or the full (26.2 miles). I suggest layering with some inconsequential clothes from Goodwill that you can discard along the route - you'll never see them again. Those clothes are usually collected and donated to local shelters. Rain holds off until late Saturday night.
