🌞A beautiful, sunny, comfortable fall week ahead!

This Week-At-A-Glance Forecast sponsored by Mahjongg Marcia.

EARLY WEEK (MONDAY–TUESDAY): After a downright chilly weekend and our first widespread frost concerns of the season, we're heading into a much nicer stretch of October weather! Monday brings plenty of sunshine with highs in the upper 60s, followed by another chilly night with temperatures around 40°. Tuesday looks even better with sunny skies, light winds and afternoon highs climbing into the lower 70s. Humidity remains low, so we'll have some beautiful afternoons and crisp mornings. Not a bad way to start the week!

MID-WEEK (WEDNESDAY–THURSDAY): Our warming trend continues as high pressure remains firmly in control of Indiana's weather. Wednesday and Thursday should feature plenty of sunshine with afternoon temperatures generally in the lower-to-middle 70s. That's several degrees warmer than normal for this time of October! Overnight lows gradually moderate into the middle-to-upper 40s, and humidity remains very comfortable. Perhaps the best news? I'm not seeing any meaningful rain opportunities through midweek.

WEEKEND (FRIDAY–SUNDAY): The quiet weather pattern looks like it will continue right into the weekend! Friday should bring more sunshine with highs in the lower 70s. Saturday looks equally nice with mostly sunny skies, comfortable humidity and temperatures around 70–73°. Sunday currently appears to continue the pleasant trend with highs near 70°, although confidence is somewhat lower this far out. Overnight temperatures should remain mostly in the 40s, so you'll still need a jacket for those early-morning activities.

STUBBY’S BOTTOM LINE: If you've been waiting for a beautiful stretch of fall weather, THIS IS YOUR WEEK! After our recent chilly weather, temperatures rebound nicely into the 70s, and sunshine dominates just about every day. High pressure keeps our weather quiet, winds generally light and humidity comfortable. We're looking at very little, if any, rainfall through the weekend. Great weather for finishing up yard work, getting outside, or enjoying everything October has to offer.

No BS. No Hype. Just some really nice Indiana fall weather!
